Skill:  Handstand / Wall Run practice (60-100 Wall Runs)

WOD:  For time:

60 Wall Balls (20/14)
4 Burpees every minute on the minute

Once finished:

50 Burpees
4 Wall Balls (20/14) every minute on the minute


What couplet goes well with Wall Balls and Burpees?  If Burpees AND Wall Balls was the last combo to pop into your head, then you are in luck!  You do not have to choose between the combinations because today you can have them both.  Best of all they come back to back.  Imagine how much of a bummer it would have been to only do Wall Balls and Burpees and that’s it!  60 Wall Balls then 50 Burpees with plenty of extra of each in between…now that’s a good sentence.  Since you are now thinking “Thank you”, Reebok CrossFit Back Bay is thinking “anytime”.  By the way, foreshadowing is cool.
